大家早安！今天霍華在運動中突然想到一個問題，很想知道大家是怎麼思考的？有沒有任何人覺得，曾經活在別人的影子下，感到很辛苦過？不瞞大家說，我曾經有過這種經驗，覺得唸好書、找份好工作、爬上人生金字塔就是目標，但真心要喘不過氣了，所以，霍華決定做自己覺得對的事情，每天都不要留下遺憾，這樣的人生很精彩，期待大家的分享。

Morning！ Today when I am walking I ask myself a question that “ Have you ever live under someone’s shadow?” I must to say I have the experience before but eventually I don’t feel happy at all, so I want to just be myself utilize the time that I have without any regret!
